• Do know that security is 24/7 but there are a lot of security jobs that are not 9 to 5, they are mid-nights, weekends and holidays.

• You should know Access control, report writing, know how to use silvertrac, smart phone, CCVTVs and computers.
• Report writing is a must. No text short hand- be able to report all details and full information, spelling and grammar on point

•  Know how to handle combative people, know how to use your words. How to calm a situation down. How to de-escalate a situation. 
• Be seen, be aware at all times. Observe and report
• Be seen to deter
•   Follow written and verbal policy and post orders. 
• Be able to work under high stress at times, know what to do in an emergency. 
• Render first aid at times.  
• Crowd control, be able to work with others, be able to work alone.

• Stand and or sit for long periods at a time.

• Security is not for everyone. It is a high stress demanding job at times, must be able to work alone, in groups, think on your feet.

 We use computers, cell phones, 2 way radios, CAMERAS, MONITOR, security reporting APP and more.

These are just some of the skills we look for  

Be clean cut, dressed in uniform at all times while on a site, cover all showing  tattoos, no extreme hair styles or crazy colored hair or nails, clean shaven, no piercing that can been seen .

Be a professional!

• Mid-nights , weekends and holidays are a part of security, we have all shifts but a reminder that security is 24/7. 

Customer service is number one here at Beyond Security Services, we only hire professional officers. We work with the public, in the public.

We  have hands on training and some classroom training - all training must be complete

 Clean driving record. We do background checks and drug tests.

We are seeking a Sales Rep for Physical Security in the Phoenix AZ area - Security Guard  Services to become an integral part of our team. The selected individual  will have great people skills, be able to close sales and keep in contact with the client along the way. Must be fun and outgoing. We are searching for a long term team member  with the potential  to grow with us in our security team. Motivated!

We promote from within for our supervisors and managers first. We have training, mentoring and provide support to have our officers become leaders and move up. 

Supervisors must have at least 4 years experience as an officer and 3-4 years as a supervisor. Must know scheduling, be able to handle call offs, train officers as needed and work posts if needed also. Supervisors and Managers may be on call 24/7 for a site or location or locations. assigned to them.
