Beyond Security LLC was founded by Dez Halon in 2017. She has over 32 years in the security field. Security management, operations,training, upper manager and HR. Plus rescue emergency procedures, training in EMS for over 8 years.

She has worked her way up from being a security officer, armed and unarmed to supervisor, trainer, manager and upper management for some of the top security companies in the US, including a fortune 500 company. To founding and owning Beyond Security LLC.
Dez is also currently seated as a board member on the Arizona State DPS Private Investigator and Security Guard Hearing Board since 2021, acting Secretary during 2023 and now for 2024.

She also belongs to two professional security management groups, one local in Phoenix as well a member and a sponsor member of of the Glendale Chamber of Commerce.
Security, protection and safety IS Dez’s passion in life, truly it is the people. She believes in training and if you do not know, ask. You can not learn if you do not ask.

Dez is a big animal lover and gives and supports local rescues. Helping others is a passion for Dez.
She is Christ based at her core and never tolerates gossip.
God is her first passion! She holds herself to a higher standard due to her faith and love of God. She is a published author of spiritual works and self help books.
She is an amateur body builder, working her way to become pro.
Dez was born in Gary Indiana before moving to Chicago, then AZ. She has lived in AZ since 2008 and AZ is her forever home.
